I just got my first puppy and am very anxious about getting everything right for her. Dr Sam answered all of my questions for about half an hour whilst making my pup (and me!) calm and comfortable. My girl loved her visit (even though she got a needle!) and Dr Sam. The receptionists and nurses were lovely too. Thankyou!
Great place and everyone is awesome. Had my pup get the snip here and nothing but great work.
Took our 18 year old cat in yesterday to be put to sleep. It was the hardest thing to do but staff were amazing. Were taken into a small room with a nice mat on table for her, Candle, diffuser, and white noise. They even gave her a bowl of cream with sprinkles. Everyone was so compassionate and caring and I can't thank them enough and highly recommend
My first time using this clinic for my cat, I was very impressed!
The receptionists were so lovely and welcoming, the vet was amazing with my cat and really helped put my mind at ease over her current condition🙂 Also a bonus that they accept afterpay it definitely helps get your animals the treatment they need when the unexpected occurs! I will definitely be using this vet in the future for all my cats health needs 🙂
This has been my Vets for the last 13 years
Yesterday I had to Euthanise my beautiful boy Bluey
My Bluey had Ice Cream and Chocolate cake and sprinkles for him to take in his trip the the other side
I want to say Thank you to all the Staff from the Vet all the way down to the reception staff for there Empathy but also there professionalism
Dr Rebekah told me what would happen and the process and the speed it would happen
The Staff didn’t rush us they were happy for us to take the time
I want to Thank Max for coming and seeing me to tell me that I was doing the right thing otherwise my Bluey would start suffering
My Bluey had Cancer that grew to the size of a very large Mango in the space of 4 weeks
I would recommend Hammett Street Vets to anyone that is looking for people that care for there pets as if they were there own
I took my beautiful.Gypsy and Dr Max was looking after her. She had Kidney failure and Max was wonderful with her.and gave her a bit more quality of life.
Sadly she passed away last Saturday afternoon.
I loved her so very much and I thank.Max and all.the staff that had dealings in Gypsy's care

We have been with the beautiful Hammett Street Vets for over 20 years and had to euthanise our beautiful cocker spaniel Chloe unexpectedly and the staff went above and beyond all expectations. I had to bring my son for support and he'd never been through it before. From first entering the front door we were kindly met by Amber and taken into a private room and Chloe was given icecream and sprinkles, we had everything explained to us with compassion and heartfelt sorrow from Dr Rebekah. We were given all the time we needed and then you even gave a her pawprints and a lock of our precious girls hair! Thank you for giving us such a beautiful experience in such a terrible situation. Your care is exceptional of our pets, but also of their owners. 5 stars are just never enough for this incredible business, thank you so much
Love this vet. As a breeder I trust them with all my litters and family pets. Thanks so much.
